Technical Consultancy & Advisory
From the design stage through to commissioning, we provide independent technical supervision and process management on behalf of the investor. We verify the accuracy of surveys and quantities, compliance with specifications and budget, and the technical adequacy of contractor bids, ensuring the project progresses within its planned quality, schedule and cost targets.
Implementation & Supervision Services
On site we continuously audit installation quality, material suitability and workmanship standards. We detect deviations from the project early, document progress transparently with interim and payment reports, and verify during testing, commissioning and acceptance that the systems operate as designed.
